my baby almost 8months old wo bm bahat kam leta hai par kal raat se mere right breast main halka sa pain ho Raha hai milk express karne se particular ek hi point se thick milk nikal rha hai any problem with that ?? kya main us breast se feeding de sakti hu baby ko

A. nahi itna jyada pain nahi hai jo main paracetamol lu par main tensed isiliye hu ki wo mastitis na ho aur wo thick milk se baby ko koi nuksaan na ho

A. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it mightd be a part any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain. if it is not improving with simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.d you can take paracetamol for pain.
