Sleep pattern varries from baby to baby and time time.no need to worry for that.continue with the exclusive breast feeding as per baby's demand.maintain the hygiene well.

That’s normal for them either you reduce daytime nap then the child would sleep on time but that is practically not possible for such a small child I do understand your concern for initial 3 to 6 months sleeping pattern is quite absurd and it is not something which you can manage on your own so you’ll have to adjust according to your child
