hii my son was sick 4 days before had vomitting while sleeping at night @2am onwards and had fever too much...now hes 5n but from last 3 days while sleeping at night after 2am he grinding his teeth.....why he's doing such thing please tell me??

Worms is the biggest reason behind of cluttering of the teeth that you are mentioning so I would recommend you to currently check with your doctor help you with the right medication to go ahead with deworming your child I think that is what is going to be very helpful right now
