My baby almost 3 months old and she is throwing a lot milk right after feeding or after 5-10 min of feeding, l always pat her back so she can burp, but it does not stop , what should I do

It’s due to stomach reflux and poor digestion you must be knowing well about it but the only thing is growing is vomiting is slowly going to reduce so currently with what you are facing is very very normal to be seen please so please do not worry about it
