Your baby's weight is fine and to keep it healthy include fatty and protein rich foods like oatmeal, rice, legumes, eggs, chicken, fish, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, avocado, milkshakes with dry fruits, cereals and 500-600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks. Keep him well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. For you both, it is important to limit intake of sugar, fried and ready to eat foods.
