My baby age is 16 months old on his face just like pimples small pink spots I have observed can u give any advice

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. use coconut oil to massage,Clean your baby’s face every day with warm water and gentle soap. Then dry it very gently. use only mild baby skin lotion.. avoid heavy or extra moisturizing creams, Vaseline on skin. avoid excessive exposure to sunlight.
