my baby age is 1 month 6 days ,birth to face some rashes is on face face is not soft please suggest the cream or soap

maintain hygiene..
some rashes will appear and disappears on its own without any attention..
you can use sandal paste on the rashes..
for baby you can use Himalaya baby products or lotus herbals baby plus or mama earth baby products..
