ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello father this age the kids are quite playful and hence dont pay much attention to foods , so you have to build in that interset , so add variety and flavours as well ,try to present the food in different ways and forms , also make him involved in some form of physical activity as well
