my baby age 11 months....jab baby hua meri priod Miss nahi hua every month period hua...July 4 th period hua..bt aug ,spt priod nahi hua ..ekdm light hua..bt date to date hua light...4 th date...2 months light period hua ..ab may Kaya Karu..plzzz suggest me....pegra test negative aya

A. nothing to worry if upt is negative. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
