ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist6 days agoA. dear mum , if baby is passing urine 6-8 time in 24 hr , is active alert , gain proper wt then dontworry vomit is common as gut not mature take care that stomach is not pressed hold in upright poisition for sometime after feed
