ExpertPrachiteeNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello! Include seasonal fruits, veggies, millets like ragi, milk products - paneer, curd, sprouts, dals and nuts in your child's meals. Sample plan - Ragi kheer+ nuts for breakfast, banana as mid meal, sprout dosa for lunch, apple lassi for snacks, paneer pulao for dinner and milk + dates before bedtime. Hope this helps.!

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
