my baby a little fever and not ready to eat anything little bit of cough also which syrup should I give to her?

A. which paracetamol syrup how many drops and its given for cough also?

A. paracetamol syrup? for 1 yr old

A. it may be any viral . Fever should be checked when ever feel so .and if it is more than 99 ° f then paracetamol shoukd be given and can be given every 6 hourly to baby . If remains for more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
