my baby 9 months old loose motion and Green color watary fever no eating vomiting plz tell me solution

A. might be it is due to teething or indigestion. give calpol drops for fever n increase breast feeding your baby. offer stool binder food. take care n all the very best

I gave paracetamol scrup fever had controled for vomiting I gave vomute oral solution. vomiting is controlled. for motion I used ofloxacin oral suspension but motion is not stopping. baby getting motion in green color with smell going very loose.
