Q.
my baby 9 months 12 days old. she takes meal 4 times a day ( 3 major meal & 1 snack) .she plays and plays all the day doesnt want to sleep. what to do to make her sleep?? i tried every possible measures. but i failed.

and its good.
you can make a 12 hour night routine but let your child sleep by8
prefer a dark and quiet room.
give night feeding sessions in lying position to avoid disrupt sleep

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much as your baby is active and also you should massage your baby with almond oil twice a day and also massage on baby feet properly as it helps in sleeping sound and also maintain proper silence and dark in baby room.
