my baby 8 month old having mild fever in night her temperature 99 point something.. after consultation of Dr. he said may be due gum swelling or teething process.. please suggest some experience regarding teething nd what should I do ..

A. the process of eruption of teeth in the basic and start anytime from six months to 1 year this is a physiological process baby may not have any fever it is only coincidental
