Q.

my baby 8 month 3 week old.. still she wakes for feeding every 2-3 hours at night.. she's formula feeding..she eat solid good.. we gave lactogen 2.. surrounding said try similac.. can we switch to another brand..is it ok to similac..pls help anyone

A. hello...give more filling food at night...yes you change brands...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup, eggs-i started at eight months but don't start if family allergy history, and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
