Q.
my baby 7 months old now baby is not gaining weight her weight is 5.6 her birth weight is 3.44. doctor said that your milk is not sufficient for her upto 3 months your milk is sufficient now she is so weak. that's why she is not stable to lift her neck. you can use formula milk daily but my baby not take formula milk. minimum how much(ML) igave formula milk to her daily.

Seven months baby can take around 210-240 ml of milk per feed.
Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac,daal ka pani,ripe banana apple puree,ragi porridge,pumpkin puree etc as the first food.
This will also help in weight gain of the baby.
Give tummy time to ur baby two three times a day. This will help in strengthening the neck and shoulder muscles of the baby
