ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, weight of 6.78 kg is a normal weight for your 7 months old baby. do not go by appearance. if your baby is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours then it indicates good health.
