ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, you can give two solid feeds a day and continue to encourage frequent breastfeeding as it still forms the major source of nourishment. You can give khichdi , mashed idli with soup, rice and moong dal porridge, boiled and mashed sweet potato, banana powder porridge etc
