my baby 6nd half month old ....around his starts white patches ...is there any vitamin problems or other

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditiovns like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it n eeds proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
