my baby 6 running it's fever102 and loose motion it's 5.8

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symprttomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high dgrade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

For fever you can give Calpol to the child of the child is six months complete you can give one ML after every six hours to the child and the rest also I would advise you to do cold sponging because a fever is on the higher side that’s going to be helpful in reducing down the temperature
