Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Take your post natal supplements on time everyday as prescribed by your doctor as long as you breastfeed your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice.
