my baby 5n half months old... nd her weight is 5.5...is it ok?

A. Since your baby is 5.5 months old, you can continue to breastfeed or formula feed. Once child starts her six months, you can offer solid foods such as rice based cereals, steamed apple puree, banana puree, carrot with mashed rice purees etc.

A. Hi Mom, As per WHO, the ideal weight of five month old baby girl will be 5.5-8.7 kgs. However, it varies depends on your child's birth weight. By six months, your child have to be double by her birth weight and by one year, your child have to be triple by her birth weight.
