Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environmentcd and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

you can play soft music as the baby is sleeping..
you can use Babyhug cradle..
ensure the baby is full before bed..
talking feeds properly..
