Q.

My baby 5 1/2 month! She is suffering from severe cough ! Pls suggest me what to do to get rid of it because due to this she is unable to sleep which make her irritated

A. it is advisable to meet your doctor and get the child examine physically and in the meantime you can follow the following treatment options kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and try to prevent temperature variations on the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

A. Hey mommy few things could help with cold and cough 1. ajwan shekh in a potlu give instant relief 2. garlic pods to be broken and smelt 3. steam using plain water 4. also you can try nasoclear to clear blockage 5. massage cheat and back with mustard oil or any old ghee.
