my baby 4months 25 days mother milk not sufficient , preffer which kind of food

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum if baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient.
More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed.
Check for good latch, correct position while feeding
