my baby 40 days old he takes very little naps whole.day. he won't take quality nap what should I do please help me?

They need about 16 to 18 hours of sleep in total and if she's taking it there isn't reason to worry.
If she's not taking it please consult your pediatrician.
Give her nutritious BM by taking nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
