my baby 4 months old she could not drink milk and putting hands her mounth and saliva is passed every time plz give me the reason about this?

A. normal thing a 4 month old baby can put finger in the mouth nothing to worry that maintain proper hygiene for the baby and give proper feeding to the baby otherwise nothing to worry
