My baby(4 months old) is having lactose intolerance,she is going green and frothy stools.do I need to change the diet or stop breastfeed for a while?

A. Dear ma’am, try to avoid dairy products from your diet for a week and see if the symptoms improve. Need not stop breastfeeding. You may also get help from a certified lactation consultant
