RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl10 months agoA. Your child should be a minimum of 2 kg more than the birth weight if your child was born with 2 1/2 kg or 2.8 and this is good enough because initially the weight gain is calculated on the basis of the birth weight of the child
