my baby 4 month old her weight is 5.3 kg and her birth weight is 2.75 kg .wat i do increase her weight. is it ok or wat.

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi weight is fine for the age. keep exclusively Breastfeed till 6 months. feed every 2 hours. feed once atleast at night. make sure to include nutritious diet for yourself so that baby gets adequate milk.
