Q.

my baby 4 month old he pooped green colour stool with fresh blood... what is the reason please any one help me

A. green stool is normal.. but blood with stool may be a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- Or Occasionally, blood in the stool may be due to breastmilk oversupply. consult with paedritician .
