hi, my baby is 4 months 8 days old and today I saw little blood with his stool and from past 4 days he was having green colour stool, please tell me is it serious.

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Potty colouring may varies from dark yellow to green colour
