Q.
My baby 4 month baby spitting up a lot..he’s weight is 6 kg…Should i do tummy time 3 times a day for 5 minutes??

give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and feed in upright position and burp inbetween and after feeding session and give colicaid drops thrice a day

If Your child is comfortable than you can go ahead with giving them a time towards the times in a day as and when your child is comfortable and spitting up is normal due to stomach reflux so don’t worry about that also slowly gradually things are going to be better for the child
