My baby 4 month 28 days my sister gave pinch of ice cream , it will cause any problem now

It can or it may not we cannot be sure about these things because it is highly unethical to give anything to the child to eat other than the regular feed that you are giving an ice cream and all are extremely unhealthy but if your child is doing good then it’s not a problem but you need to be cautious with these things
