Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Generally babies increase 400-800 gm per month and double their birth weight by 5-6 months. Check if baby is increasing weight according to age . Give exclusive breast milk or formula milk untill 5 complete months every two hours, sleep of 13-17 hours a day. Check milestones according to age .... The ideal weight of 4 months old should be 4.2 -7.5kg.
