Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your child’s bone growth, muscle development and stimulate body growth.

you can give everything which you want
but please prefer homemade healthy food.
avoid giving commerically prepared food items.
give Chapati with honey , milk with honey or dry fruits powder,it is more safe and hygienic.
for Healthy weight gain ,give full cream milk with dry fruits powder.
you can feed banana or apple a day.
include ghee and other dairy products in your child diet.
