Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Helo Jam contains only sugar along with artificial colour & flavours. it is best to avoid it . excess sugar consumption can reduce. child's immunity . Peanut butter (home made ) is a better choice

Yes Yes jam peanut butter all these things can be given to the child after the age of one year thank you require you can Give it to the child on daily basis also I’m just going to advise you that just give a very minimum quantity to the child not too much of it
