Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. no need to worry that is normal it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. it is also normal if they are passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour of the stool. also straining while passing urine and stool is normal. Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes

That’s Very very normal at this age if your child is taking all the feelings properly and you didn’t count is about 10 to 15 times in a day then you do not have to worry about it because constipation is very normal at this age which goes on its own with passing time
