my baby 3 months nd 23 days old he got fever 99.6 it is norml nd vo continue sliva nikl rh ah nd he week from evening this is symptoms of teething

Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once.
drolling of saliva is normal only
