Q.

my baby (3 month) has lactose intolerance. mactase drop is given after each feed. He is having rashes and redness over neck, elbow, underarms. what can be done? He only drinks breast milk.

A. hello parent the picture you have described looks like eczema or topic dermatitis this needs to be examined in person kindly consult a dermatologist you have to liberally apply moisturizer over it and see if it helps

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
