my baby 3 month 5days old she is drink milk and after drink also my brest is getting hard and very pain...

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. dear Ma'am you must press out the extra milk if you still feel that your breast are heavy and full it can be because of excess flow of the milk you can also give a massage of Desi Ghee in upward motion which is very helpful in providing relief take proper rest and stay hydrated along with that your food should also be fresh and not spicy because it can be because of acidity also
