Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. okay no problem in stomach sounds small babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of gas or hunger . so please give breasfeeding as per your child requirements burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position for 10 to 15 minutes after each feeding. give massage on daily basis. give massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands move your child legs in cycling motions which definitely help to prevent it
