My baby 23days old vomits even before I burp him And the vomit quantity is a lot What could be the issue

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. spitting is normal in infants.. as they feed. some bubbles may enter into mouth. causing GERD. give colicaid drops thrice a day. give only breastmilk till completion of six months

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Can be due to acid reflux. While breastfeeding ensure that your child’s head is in a little elevated position. Do not lay down your baby immediately after feeding. Hold your baby in upright position for sometime to burp at least 4 times. Avoid over feeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
