Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. usually cream powder or lotion at this age in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment. difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not. advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
