Q.

my baby 2 yr boy baby has 3days continue fever and consultant dr he given p 250 fr fever but not worked...blood result taken 5.2 out of <6 enclosed Clinical person told baby has little bit Typhoid but dr told normal virus fever..pls advise any child Expert..I'm so confused

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can vg also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
