my baby 2 years old y baby have rashes In her body doctors lotion but not going n so much itching

Apply coconut oil or atogla lotion on the skin.
This will help to give relief from rashes and itching. Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products that are paraben free and chemical free suitable for baby soft and sensitive skin.
If no improvement then consult your doctor for the same.
