my baby 2.5years she is suffering from ear pain... tell one week she have cold and cough... now better... but now she getting ear pain

You should get a check with an ENT doctor me which is generally some problem into the years of your child which is why your child is constantly complaining of that get it checked and accordingly they can help you with medicines and ear drops that you may need to use
