My baby 1year & 8 month old fever 102.3degree and cold and cough. baby body heavy heated and heartbeat rated heavy speed pls help am lot of worry

you must visit your pediatrician
it is very important
keep your child well hydrated
give few spoons of water at regular intervals.
dress your child lightly
keep your child in well vantileted room
Rub onion slices on chest and back of your child.
