shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello mom Small babies don’t pass stool for many days and sometimes for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is because baby is a totally on mother’s milk and there is very less waste to left in their stomach to poop out. This is the main reason they don’t pass stool for many days
